Such an offer was very popular with supermarkets, which are looking for something amazing to attract the attention of buyers with new and useful products.
Now it is downright indispensable and very useful attribute of any meal at school, diner or at home. People really like neat little “Baby carrots”, which above all delight children. Namely, this part of consumers is extremely difficult to force to eat something, and especially if it is one benefit.
Today it is a hit in the American food industry. For comparison, you can calculate that the purchase price for a regular carrot is about 10 cents per bag or package. And the store puts its price on it – about 17 cents. But know-how, thrown into an automatic potato peeler, is bought from two hundred cents for three hundred grams. The sale of such a delicacy is priced in a dollar. Calculating the income of a farmer is not difficult.
It can be concluded that this is a very profitable idea.

What’s more, “Baby carrots” are so popular that breeding biologists have cross-bred several varieties of carrots specifically to make baby carrots. They are characterized by a miniature root crop.
